What we build
From an empty lot to the last row of grout. We run the job as general contractor, do the work ourselves, and bring in trusted trades when a project calls for them.
The full cycle under one contractor: foundation, framing, roofing and finishing, through to a house ready to live in.
Gut to finish: layout, framing, drywall, floors, kitchens, built-ins and lighting. You get the keys back to a finished home.
High-end tile work where it shows: large-format stone-look slabs, matched veining, niches, benches and clean, tight lines.
Outdoor space built to be used: pools, patios, pergolas, decks and stairs, finished with the same care as the inside.
From the ground up
This is one of our houses, photographed as it went up. Same contractor from the first block to the front door.
Block foundation walls laid level and square, because everything above depends on them.
Floors, walls and the second storey framed and sheathed: the shape of the house appears.
Rafters, sheathing and roofing close the house in so the interior work can begin.
Siding, windows, doors and interiors complete. A house built start to finish by one team.

About
L Construction Group was founded in Brooklyn in 2017 by Lyubomyr Berezitsky.
Lyubomyr doesn’t manage from a distance. He works on site himself with his own crew, and when a job needs a specialist trade he brings one in and stays responsible for the result. You deal with the same person from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.
That’s how one company can take a house from bare ground to finished rooms, or turn an apartment around from gut to turnkey, without handing you off along the way.
